POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for performing secretarial, office, and administrative tasks supportive to the responsibilities and activities of the Social Work Department. Prepares and processes forms and statistics relative to actions within the Social Work Department. Assist the Clinical Services Coordinator of the ACTION Health Center in the management, operation, and organization of/for the staff and clinical services provided at the ACTION Health Center. Assists the Administrator of Social Work in the absence of the Hasbrook Office Assistant.



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Additional business school training is helpful
  • 4-6 years of progressively responsible clerical experience or training, demonstrating knowledge of English, grammar, office procedures/operations.
