Eskenazi Health serves as the public hospital division of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County. Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 327-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus as well as at 10 Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis.

The Director, Compliance Long Term Care (LTC) is responsible for developing and maintaining the organization-wide risk assessment plan for the Long Term Care Division of Health and Hospital Corporation (HHC). This individual leads the overall direction and management of compliance oversight including implementing education and training, resources, as well as initiating compliance projects to insure organizational integrity. The position supports the Chief Compliance Officer and senior leadership in fulfilling her/his oversight role by providing independent assessments of the LTC operations, comparing those to regulatory requirements, and implementing plans to address gap areas identified. The Director, Compliance Long Term Care works in collaboration with the chief compliance officer of American Senior Communities (ASC) the management partner for this Division.
• Master’s degree in health services, or JD required.
• Minimum of five years of experience working in health services or related field.
• Three to five years of experience with conducting investigations to determine regulatory compliance.
