The Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center offers both inpatient and outpatient services, including several outreach centers as well as clinic- and community-based services.

Job Summary
The Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Program (SEMHC) is Indiana’s first community mental health center, we have a philosophy of care that stresses strength-based, community centered treatment that utilizes the recovery model and welcomes all patients from children to seniors.
The James Wright Center Clinical Manager will have oversight over two (2) programs the Adult Outpatient which primarily serves those with psychotic disorders and severe mood disorders who need some level of case management due to loss of functioning in multiple areas of their life
and the Intensive Adult Outpatient Teams (IAOP) which provides intensive wrap-around services to adults with serious mental illness. Clients must be 18 years or older and have not been successful with traditional outpatient support. Clients must have experienced recent hospitalization, jail, crisis services, homelessness, or, more often, a combination of these

A SEMHC Clinical Manager manages and coordinates day-to-day activities of site teams. This position works with the team in setting goals, and makes recommendations regarding additions to program and/or reallocation of staffing resources
